A good player doesnt just mean a high kill ratio, you should be a good team player, working together is what *HmS* is all about so you have to show interest in the squad, to show an interest use the forum, post funny pics, or chat to the squad members on ventrilo, the squad uses this VON so to getting to know the squad members in VT will imporve your chances of being in the squad.
